You are the proud owner of a PUR faucet mount water filter. This is when and how to replace a filter in your pur faucet mount unit. The indicator light briefly flashes when the filter is in use. 

Green the filter is working, yellow the filter will need to be changed soon, red change the filter. When you are ready to change your filter installation is simple. To change the filter remove the unit from the faucet. 

Twist the top cover off. Take out the old filter, it is safe to put in your regular garbage. Make sure that the filter is oriented correctly it simply drops into place.Replace the cover and attach the unit to your faucet with one click. 

The indicator light will flash green for a few seconds indicating that the new filter is working properly. Your new filter lasts up to 100 gallons or three months. Enjoy clean great tasting pure water.
